Manigi Srl can only accept orders for delivery in the territory of the Italian state.
for international deliveries, the customer can contact info@homelistore.it
For each order placed on www.homelistore.it, Manigi Srl will issue an invoice for the material shipped.
For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is authentic.
No change in the invoice will be possible after its issue.
Shipping costs are charged to the customer and are explicitly highlighted at the time the order is placed.
The payment of the goods by the Customer will take place using the method chosen at the time of the order.
The goods travel with packaging made directly by the manufacturer or in properly closed cardboard boxes.
The delivery times of the ordered goods are purely indicative and may be subject to variations due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and road conditions in general or by act of the Authority.
Standard delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, will take place at the following times: from 9.00 to 13.00; from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm, every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday.
No responsibility can be attributed to Manigi Srl in case of delay in the order or delivery of the ordered goods.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the invoice;
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or, in any case, altered;
- that no closing materials other than metal clips have been used.
Any external damage or the mismatch in the number of packages or information must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery, adding the wording "withdrawal with reserve" on the appropriate accompanying document and confirmed, within 8 days by registered mail with receipt of return to the courier, whose address is specified on the accompanying document.
In the specific case of a damaged package, write "withdrawal with reserve because the package is damaged".
It is also required to open an anomaly file at Manigi Srl, by filling in what is present under the button in the "Order status" area.
Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within eight days of receipt.
Any damage or hidden anomalies must be reported in writing by registered letter with return receipt to the courier whose address is specified on the accompanying document.

1. Order processing times
With "order fulfillment times" we mean the time interval that elapses from the completion of the order to the delivery of the product to the courier.
All orders, containing products available in stock, for which payment confirmation has been received by 12.00 on a working day, are entrusted to the courier already on the evening of the same day.

2. Delivery times
Orders arriving before 12.00 are processed the same day. All those arriving after 12.00 leave the next day.
Delivery takes place within a maximum of 1-2 working days (in disadvantaged areas and islands, the times are generally 48 hours) for purchases with prepayment via PayPal.
Different payment methods such as bank transfer can change the delivery time as the order will be managed only when we receive confirmation of the credit in the bank.
The delivery date will therefore be subject to the availability of the product at the time we have received the payment confirmation.
If an item is not in stock at the time of the order, we will notify you as soon as possible, confirming the availability date or offering you an equivalent replacement product, or a full refund of the amount paid.
